If you have your own products that you would like for us to install, we are happy to do that for you! Here are some things you need to know about the process:

• We can give you an estimate over the phone; however, the estimate may go up or down once you come in. Each vehicle is different, and each set up is different. Once we can see the vehicle and your items in person, we can give you a final installation estimate.

• Outside electronics/products brought in for installation at Star Audio are not warrantied. If any issue arises with an outside item, it should be returned to the place of original purchase for warranty from the original seller.

​

• Please be aware that electronics purchased from elsewhere typically do not reflect our high standards, and therefore do not reflect our part in the installation process.

​

• Our labor comes with a lifetime warranty, but any alterations, modifications, or adjustments made by anyone other than Star Audio will void this warranty.

​

• Since our labor comes with a lifetime warranty, labor sales are FINAL. No refunds can or will be given once labor has been implemented.

​

• You will be asked to sign an agreement containing the above information in order for us to proceed with the installation.
